Tapping Register used to throw people out to a third-party KYC website, and 42% never came back. I brought sign-up and identity checks inside the app, within UAE rules for gold dealers.
Sole designer on a 0-to-1 fintech build. I owned the user flows, the design system and usability testing, and hit 94% task completion before a line of code was written.
Tokens, components and documentation that let the team ship screens three times faster, with no design-to-dev back-and-forth.
Contractors managing $10B+ in projects were buried in compliance reports. I redesigned the reporting module: submission time fell 30% and submissions rose 22%.
The site hid its own demo button behind generic illustrations. I swapped them for real product screens and clear calls to action, and demo requests rose 13%.
